To reserve your
tour, your personal guide or transportation services, a precise order is
required and a deposit payment in due
course. No service will be confirmed until the deposit payment
is received.

Rates include VAT
and the services described for the specific visit chosen. Guides and chauffeurs gratuities and meals are
not included. Supplementary hours are charged pro rata after a
half-hour kindliness period, i.e. if you book a
three-hour tour and lengthen the tour by one hour, there
is a supplement of a third of the original rate.

Transport services
are provided by partner fully insured
professional companies which are licensed to perform
public transport and carry all responsibilities. Rome Tourism
Services - R.P.C.T. Srl acts
only as an intermediary between these companies and the
customer. No claims of any kind, therefore, may be
directed against Rome Tourism Services - R.P.C.T. Srl.

Cancellation policy: in the event of
service/services cancellation
by the client more than one week before the visit, Rome
Tourism Services - R.P.C.T. Srl will refund client's payment in full
minus a 5% of total amount paid processing fee. In case of cancellation by the
client less than one week before the visit, the entire
sum is due and no refund will be returned.

In the event that
Rome Tourism Services - R.P.C.T. Srl must cancel a visit for any reason,
like in the event that the minimum number of participants,
specified in the tour schedule is not reached, we will fully
refund the tour price and such refund shall constitute full
settlement to our clients. Rome Tourism Services - R.P.C.T. Srl is not responsible for
any additional expenses that may be incurred by a client due to
a canceled tour, e.g. purchase of more expensive tours, delays,
and more.

Meals, public
transportation (taxis, metros, buses) and museum or monument
entrance fees (indicated on the tour information schedule) are
not included and must be paid by the client on the spot.
Unexpected expenses and any other extras requested should be
paid by the client.

Rome Tourism
Services - R.P.C.T. Srl is not liable in respect of personal
injury, death, loss or damage of luggage by the clients as
well as for injury, loss, delay, inconveniences caused by events
beyond our control or which are not preventable by our
reasonable diligence, such as floods, earthquakes, terrorism,
wars, unusual severe weather conditions, act of God, etc.

While every effort
is made to ensure accuracy, Rome Tourism Services - R.P.C.T. Srl cannot be
responsible for any consequences arising from errors or
omissions.

The written
contract is governed by the Italian laws and in case of dispute
we can't settle amicably, the jurisdiction is entirely of the
Italian Court.

No refund may be
pretended by the client/s if he/she/they doesn't/don't show up
at the given time and meeting place.
